Plumbing and sewage

The main water supply shall be provided from 400mm diameter water-main. There will be a water heater in the machine room. The internal water supply pipework shall be executed with Polypropylene pipes with the necessary diameters. Pipe insulation types IZOGOMATERM, IZOVER, K-flex or similar. Digital reading of the water meters, with no need to enter the apartments.

Heating and ventilation

There is a special machine room in the basement. The heating source is hot water 95/70 оС provided by city heating station. The heating installations of the residential building are water-pump system ?Tichelman with temperature 95/70 оС. The heat meters displays are fixed out of the apartments.
