The village of Voneshta Voda situates at 500 m above sea level in Central Balkan and has about 250 residents. It is on the mountain pass connecting southern and northern Bulgaria via the cities of Nova Zagora and Veliko Tarnovo.
10 km away from the village near a small hamlet with about 10 residents a spacious, traditional farm (called Chiflik) is offered for sale. The farm is 24 km from the historic town of Tryavna, 35 km from city of Veliko Tarnovo and only 50 km to the nearest airport near Gorna Oryahovitsa.
