For the preparation of all documentation in connection with the sale by a qualified lawyer, our fee is 100 euros. We need the following information :
1. Property type
2. Basic location: in the mountain, on the sea-coast, near a golf course etc.
3. Town or resort name
4. Total living area of the main building in square meters, with detailed explanation of each floor. Size of every premise and plan of every floor (or at least description of the rooms) .
5. Additional premises with exact size: a garage, a basement, balconies, a summer kitchen, agricultural outbuildings, etc.
6. Additional facilities: draw-well, telephone/ mobile phone coverage, electricity, running water, drainage, asphalt road to the property, etc.
7. Additional useful information about the region: advantages, natural setting, historical background, architectural landmarks, etc.
8. MOST IMPORTANT: Please, send us at least 8 current photos( 640x480 pixels or more) of your property - both interior and exterior, of the garden, of the village/town, etc.
Please, remember, the more detailed the explanation the more chances you have to sell the property.
